This helped me get familiar with colour theory. I learnt the difference between cool tones and warm tones to create paintings, whether they are factual, actual or personal. By mixing different primary colours in the colour wheel, I created secondary colours, then tertiary colours, showing me the relationship between colours and how to create them. When painting contrast, I learnt how colours can create an arrangement of opposing elements, such as light and dark. This was very simple, and I liked mixing colours and trying to colour match.
