Amy Kennedy. 2025. Watercolour on Watercolour Paper. Middle of Nowhere.
This watercolour painting was an exercise I did but wanted to turn it into my resolved work as it is my first building, and I was very proud. What I loved the most about this, is that I was learning two-point perspective, something I desperately needed to learn. Originally, I would try to draw what I saw with no vanishing points or helps to help me drawing things in the right place. I drew hydrangeas as they are my Favorite flowers and a cat because I love them. The scenery is peaceful, and I created my dream house, a small comfortable home in the middle of nowhere with just my cat and flowers everywhere.
