Canva is easy to use, cost-effective, collaborative and versatile. It supports student engagement as it is easy to use and allows for creativity.​ Canva has a range of Templates that are designed by their employees that students can use to create posters, brainstorms, presentations and videos. Students can use the editing elements that Canva provides to design personalised items for their learning. Year 10 students may use this to design their artist folios and incorporate digital planning skills into their design process.​ High: students can access a range of formats in the one platform. It is highly engaging for students as they can create their own individualised responses to tasks. Students can demonstrate their learning and understanding of content in their own way that benefits them.​ This resource can help create positive emotional and cognitive engagement as students can be encouraged to design things that reflect their personalities. Canva is a versatile and accessible but may encourage negative behaviours and inappropriate use of technologies. This could be strengthened to avoid inappropriate use by creating structured lessons around the topic being taught and the task.  ​ Students can use the features on Canva to create and design. A range of presentations of learning. Students can present and receive feedback from peers as well as use Canva features to assist in revision. Canva supplies a range of templates that students can use to revise their learning. A majority of the templates are designed with bright colours to invite students to revise their learning.
​ Procreate​ Procreate launches new education initiative to help teachers. – Procreate Insight. (2020). Procreate. https://procreate.com/insight/2020/learn-with-procreate  ​ Procreate launched an education specific and tailored toolbox for teachers. Procreate is a valid and reliable source as it is used widely across education especially the Visual Arts space. This source is reliable as it comes straight from the Procreate website and is creditable by educators who have used this platform to assist in their teaching.​ Procreate provides students and teachers with tutorials on how to use their platform. The ‘toolbox’ is easy to understand and engages students by using tailored for age groups lessons. The tutorials are designed to be followed so students and teachers can move at a pace that is suitable for them and is suitable for their skill level. digitising artwork relieves the pressure for students to feel like their work needs to be perfect as they can make mistakes which are temporary. Students can collaborate with their peers and share their artworks digitally allowing for feedback and teamwork.​ Mid-high: this resource encourages students to use their imagination and to be creative. It allows freedom for students to work without structure unless they are following a tutorial. Students are encouraged to use the resource to improve their skills digitally and can always have access to a drawing pad.​ Yes, teachers can use this resource to encourage students to encourage wholistic approaches to learning as it can be used in a range of areas and not just in and educational sense. Procreate can support students who are not strong at Visual Arts to continue to develop their skills with engaging lessons.​ Students who are challenged in the classroom can be supported with tutorials and lessons from procreates education resource to improve their skills and teach them new skills in a format that may be easier to follow or in a different teaching style. Students who are skilled can benefit from practising their skills digitally and can always have access to this platform.

ISupport Learning. https://www.isupport.com.au/blog/adobe-education/adobe-in-education  ​ Adobe Lightroom is a photo editing software that is reliable and valid source as many photographers use it to edit and organise their photographs. The research identified that lightroom is a often used platform in education to develop skills of digital literacy.​ Lightroom can be used to promote student independence through their photo organising program encouraging students to stay organised. Light room allows students to demonstrate creative expression by allowing students to personalise photos that they may take during Visual Art.​ Mid-low: students may find Adobe difficult to use as it is a form of programming. If students have used an adobe platform other than Light room, they may have the digital literacy skills but may find it tricky if they have not used Adobe before.​ Teachers can use this platform to allow students to personalise their photography which is a form of Visual Art outlined in the Australian Curriculum.​ This resource can be used to improve engagement as students can use it to express their creativity.

Padlet. https://padlet.com/dashboard/make?mobile_page=LayoutPicker​ Peer-review source used for collaborative learning, weekly discussions and easy accessibility to content. This resource is reliable as many universities and institutions use it to communicate content.​ This source can be used to engage students by creating a space where students can anonymously ask questions and provide responses. This resource is collaborative and can allow students to provide feedback to their peers.​ Mid-high: teachers can use this source to set up activities in small chunks to allow students feel less overwhelmed when set a task. Padlet can be set up to be task specific and catered to age groups. Padlet uses a range of engaging backgrounds and widgets that can be used to ensure students are engaged.​ Yes, as students in high school are often reluctant to answer questions in class in front of their peers. Padlet allows students to respond anonymously to prompts without the fear of being judged which may improve engagement levels and promoting more room for discussions.​ Padlet can be useful for students to upload their artworks on a platform where the entire class can view it and provide feedback. Students who are away from school can access a padlet and still be caught up on what they missed.
