Collaborative Projects
Our 2025 Project Focus is
“Catalyst: Transforming Higher Education Together”
As with a catalyst in chemistry, TIN aims to combine different elements to create something new. ‘Catalyst’ also represents the transformative nature of TIN’s work, implies acceleration of positive change, and suggests the ripple effect of innovation.
Cross institution and cross-country teams ‘pitch’ ideas for collaboration in research, artefact creation, and more around these themes:
- AI in Education: “Catalyzing AI Integration”
- Design Framework: “Catalyzing Learning Design”
- Global Digital Pedagogy: “Catalyzing Global Connections”
- Innovation Showcase: “Catalysts in Action”
How to create a ‘Moonshot pitch’
The video to the right shares a simple process for designing and pitching your moonshot ideas. It shares a ‘mock’ pitch that includes these elements:
- The ‘hook’ and shared vision’, with ‘value proposition’
- The problem
- The proposed solution
- A call to action
