So, these were the first prints I did, way back. Titled ‘Red Flower’.
I was quite happy with how the prints turned out, and was surprised with how effective small details in the print, such as the border lines, turned out.
I quite liked the impact of having a border on a print, especially to give depth to this sort of image. However, I decided I wouldn’t use it for the letter designs in the resolved work, as it may have proved distracting from the focus of each print.
