I personally have a long history with the Wendigo. I first heard about the creature when I was in my horror phase back in 2016. I fell in love with the idea that normal people can turn into this creature just by doing cannibalistic acts. I then went around the internet wanting to learn as much about is as I can and the Wendigo made its way to the top of my list for scariest creature. Many of my favourite works include some element of horror, and my obsession with the wendigo has led it to being a common feature in my works.
