Juliet Sorbello marries paint with the sense of whimsy and fantasy –
exploring themes of spirituality, nature, mysticism, folklore and
fairytale. She lets us into this scene of forest fairy folk playing
amongst the mystical plants that grow. Her rich use of colour and
fluid motion imbues a sense of airiness over the composition.

Juliet Sorbello integrates themes of retrofuturism with Western
Americana. A lack of accessible commercially available clothing
necessitated her exploration in combining printmaking with textiles,
culminating in a one-of-a-kind piece of attire.
