Bio-
Levi is a digital and traditional artist based in Queensland Australia. Using mixed mediums, they explore themes of personal identity, mental health and world-building. They are also interested in the way typography can be used within visual art to express their own emotions and experiences. This has been informed by their Diploma in Graphic Design.
Levi develops concepts through sketching, and utilizes many mediums simultaneously, including paint, paint markers, pencils, and graphite. The work contains aesthetically pleasing colour combinations, and focuses on shape, value, line and detail within dynamic compositions.
He has exhibited work in the ‘Previous Owner’ postcard exchange at the University of Southern Queensland where he is currently studying a Bachelor of Visual Art. He has participated in the 2025 Brisbane Illustration Fair, selling his art to showcase to a wider audience. Through his life, he has been drawing, as well as studying visual art as a subject in second school for three years.
Making work for Levi is a creative outlet seminal to their everyday experience and is their main way to process and articulate their feelings and to direct their creativity. Without this, it can be hard to maintain a balanced state of mind and to feel at peace within themself.

Statement-
I am a visual artist who works with many materials such as pencils, markers and paint, as well as creating digital art. I love to use methods of layering as well as combining textures and contrasting colours. My work usually concerns themes of perception, connection, mental health, and many other things that speak to me in the moment. The goal of my art is to encapsulate these concepts in an authentic and dynamic way that show my personality and character.
For me, art has always been natural to me to process emotions and events in my life, and this deep connection is why it is important to me. My love for even just the process of art have made my art works speak to myself and others in a way that can be felt.
