A highly sort after skill in many professions not only inpsychology is to be able to communicate at a high level both in written and oral formats. Most employers of organisational psychologist require a high degree of knowledge in psychology, having the ability to articulate psychological theory analytically and critically, while identifying appropriate supporting research to ensure continuous improvement, success and growth in an organisation said organisation. This approach has allowed me to be successful in my career both in engineering and as an organisational psychologist.
