As an organisational psychologist there have been many opportunities to undertake continuous improvement projects that have provided the time to refine my skills in culturally responsive and diverse communication. I have been involved in numerous diversity programs that have provided me with insight into culturally specific nuances within various cultures. Attending seminars on this this specific topic over the years have ensured that I am up to date with all new theories and methods available. This in turn has provided me the knowledge and skills to interact in a culturally specific and relatable way, identifying client needs to implement strategies and programs that will improve efficiencies and job satisfaction and individual wellbeing within the organisation.
