I have attended many seminars discussing new research findings and therapy methods that my fellow professionals have researched and have been published, peer reviewed, in well-respected journals. Having the opportunity to work closely with other psychologists has given me the opportunity to learn, grow, develop and critically analyse mine and other skills and research findings. Without respect for others in our profession how can we expect respect from the wider community and our clients.
