During my supervision period I regularly and still do use the DSM-5 to help Identify client’s psychological disorders and review my notes and diagnosis with my supervisor. I was extremely lucky to have an experienced, well versed knowledgeable supervisor who assisted in determining diagnosis and treatments that would be most effective for each client
