After I’m gone

A glimpse into Glimpse into the legacy I leave behind after I am gone. This artwork looks at the idea of nature reclaiming what we have built on. It is my street. With element that relate to my identity as a person and an artist. And nature is growing to reclaim it all. Even so, there are things left behind becoming part of the landscape, that outline who I am. Giving others a sense of what made up my life.

I was extremely happy with how this installation turned out. The mix of ceramics, quilting, crochet, wire sculpture and polymer clay, all came together well. The more you look at it, the more little details you will discover.
