Submit an abstract
We invite you to submit a 200-word abstract for presenting individual papers. Selected abstracts will be invited to give a 25-minute presentation with an additional 5 minutes for questions/discussion. The abstract submission deadline is 1 July 2025 and you’ll be notified of acceptance by 18 July 2025.

Abstracts will undergo peer review to ensure quality and relevance. Submissions should include the target theme, title of the presentation, author(s) details including email contact(s), and a concise summary.
At the conference’s conclusion, selected presentations will be invited to contribute to an edited publication.
