My IT journey began five years ago when I joined the TAFE Queensland Corporate IT team, where I enthusiastically embraced the challenge of working with their ServiceNow system.
I possess extensive expertise in ServiceNow’s ITSM application, along with a strong understanding of ITIL v4. Currently, I am pursuing a degree: Bachelor of Business and Commerce. In my daily work, I proficiently employ HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Furthermore, I have a solid foundation in Oracle SQL and have mapped out a plan to enhance my knowledge in Python, C#, and R as part of my degree program.
Drawing from my background in customer service, I have amassed a decade of experience in restaurant management. Additionally, I have spent three years in Marketing, where I successfully contributed to various areas such as Social Media management, major campaigns, event coordination, and the development of communication strategies and plans.
