Artefact 4 – This unit overview demonstrates the Australian curriculum resources that were used to identify learning goals to guide a sequence of lessons.

Artefact 5 – I used an ICT resource Mathigon to demonstrate the next step of using arrays to represent multiplication. This unit of learning was scaffolded to understand multiplication as groups as shown in artefact 2, turnaround number sentences, arrays, repeated addition, and number lines for repeated addition to provide strategies for students of varied abilities to understand and solve multiplication problems (Reys et al., 2021).
