Trying to minimise detail in describing a subject using acrylic wash, inspired by Annie Kevans.Here I experimented with blind contour in blue over my abstracted portrait, inspired by Alexander Tinnei..Warm colour for light areas and cool colour for darker areas with a tinted background.This experiment involved using 4 colours of varying tone to represent light and shadow in an abstracted portrait.This exercise in underpainting involved working in tints of a single colour and tones in greyscale, inspired by Luc Tuymans.
