FLOWER

This piece was inspired by the female body and the pleasure system within. It is intended to generate conversation and bring to light the misconceptions around fundamental biology, and examine society’s bludgeoning effect on female pleasure. Created using a viewfinder and acrylic paints on canvas; Emma’s use of vivid colours, close up forms and beautiful representation of large peony flower petals, aim to represent the beauty of the vulva and serves to empower female pleasure.
