After completing the tasks set where only three colours were used to convey depth, I tried this selfie using one of the drawing tasks of making a likeness using the squared method.

I was so intent on following the tonal values that I didnt realise how well the portrait turned out.

Using only three colours and masking tape with a stencil overlay, i was interested in the final abstracted landscape.It was also a memory of an eclipse i saw while camping in WA.

Two little horses ornament , a souvenir from travels in China made a challenging tonal sketch.

Three collages challenge to use the same materials but in a different format.

Painting Module 2. Portrait

The task was to match skin tones to a piece of brown paper whilst following the tonal values. I was pleased with this result.
