I was inspired by the silkscreen monoprints where I created a landscape from the monoprint. I added mixed media and enjoyed the process of creating the landscape from the memories evoked by the process. I was then inspired to replicate this idea using mixed clays of the same mid-fire temperature to see what would happen. The clay I used was Dark Matter which was interesting once the last firing was completed. The clay changed colour completely after reaching 1020 C.
