Putting on a mask is a transformative experience. It allows us to be someone we’re not for a moment, changing both how we see ourselves and how we behave outwardly.
The butterfly is symbolic of spiritual rebirth, creativity, vibrant joy, transformation, endless potential and the wonder of life. The use of black and white creates a moodiness in this photograph that feels empowering and symbolic of the journey I am undertaking at this stage of my life……
