Raphidae was content. His world was complete providing him with safety, food and companionship. What more would he need? He no longer needed to fly because his food source was plentiful. He didn’t need to develop fighting strategies because he had no predators! Raphidae was content.
However, his world changed when humans arrived. They brought with them feral animals who attacked him and ate his food.
Raphidae was determined to fight for what was rightfully his – he had a place on this earth and no one was going to take it away!
So, it was difficult for him to find a voice when he had never needed one before. But he did – his snout was now big enough for him to shout out and demand what was his. He was not a fighter by nature but with great determination and focus he grew horns to frighten those feral cats away.
The dodo named Raphidae became a leader for his pack and showed others that extinction was not the only option!
So, the message is to find your voice and your inner fight and use it to not only save yourself but others.
Transformation is difficult
but there is beauty and freedom on the other side.
