If you commenced your studies outside the normal timeframes, or didn’t receive a batch processed Portfolio Site during Week 1, you can use the Create@UniSQ Self-Service Tools to create one.

Follow the steps below:

STEP 1: Read the information about Your Rights and Responsibilities

Click here to access the Create@UniSQ Policies Page.

You must follow these guidelines when publishing content on your Portfolio.

STEP 2: Complete the Site Creation Form

Click here to complete the form and create your Portfolio Site. You should use the following settings:

Site Name: Your Name

Site URL: Use the naming convention for your Site URL. You should set it to ‘yourfirstname-yourlastname’.

Please note: You may need to add a digit to the site URL if there is already a site with a simlar name – eg. use ‘mary-jones2’.

Select the ‘UnderGrad Edu Portfolio’ template for your site.

This template includes a layout and default content that will help you create your Portfolio quickly and effectively.

Click the ‘Create a Site’ Button to complete the process

STEP 3: Join this Class Site

Joining the Class Site makes it easier for you to find the Education Portfolio Hub (this site) and ensures your assessors can track down your portfolio.

To join, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Dashboard and look for ‘My Class’ in the sidebar.
  2. Roll your mouse over ‘My Class’ and click on ‘Join a Class’.
  3. Search for ‘bach-edu-hub’ to locate this Class Site
  4. Click the Join Button

Your site will be approved by an admin, and then you’ll be able to use the ‘My Class’ links to find this support site.
