TechDem Champions
Technology Demonstrators Champions
Within the TechDems community of practice, there are many Champions who work with us to support innovation in online learning and teaching. Champions are selected because of their sustained commitment to innovation in online learning and teaching within the TechDems Community of Practice; within their School or Program; and within their own practice.
We’d like to celebrate our Champions, as they exemplify principles of innovation, collaboration, and determination.
Within the TechDems Community of Practice, Champions:
- Participate in relevant pilots or early adoption schemes.
- Share their experiences and their enthusiasm at CoP or SIG meetings.
Within their School or Department, Champions:
- Advocate for the informed use of new and existing online learning tools.
- Identify people, programs, or policies that would benefit from the TechDems community (either through the Champions program, CoP, SIGs, or Pilot programs).
Within their own practice,
Champions:
- Embrace opportunities to engage with online learning tools, pedagogies, evaluations, and/or research.
- Embrace opportunities to support colleagues, sharing your knowledge in order to encourage their development of online learning and teaching skills.
