My name is Michelle Hembury and I’m currently in my third semester of the Masters for Learning and Teaching (Primary) degree with the University of Southern Queensland.
In 2012, I graduated from London Studio Centre with a second-class honours, upper division (2.1) after completing my BA (Hons) Theatre Dance degree.
For the past five years I have been a dance teacher at Bayside Dance on the Brisbane Bayside.
The focus areas referred to throughout my portfolio originate from the Graduate level of the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers (Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership, 2018).
